THAMES VALLEY FESTIVAL OF FOOTBALL

Saturday 4th July 2020 and Sunday 5th July 2020

On behalf of Barton Rovers F.C., we would like to invite you to enter teams into our Annual Football Tournament, held once again at the home of Barton Rovers F.C. Little Heath School, Turnhams Farm, Tilehurst, Reading.

Under 6’s will be played on a non-competitive basis with medals provided for each player. All other age groups will, where numbers permit, be a competitive League format bringing the top two teams of each league into a Main Trophy Knock Out Competition, remaining League teams will enter a Consolation Plate Knock Out Competition.

Age Groups are as per the 2019 – 2020 season. All players must have been under their respective ages before 31 August 2019. e.g. Under 9’s = under 9 years old on the 31 August.

We aim to provide a Tournament that is both well co-ordinated and enjoyed by all that participate, and we will be catering for:

A.M. SATURDAY4 JULY 2020Registration @ 8.30 a.m., games commence @ 9.00 a.m.
Mixed U6s: 5 a side(9 in a squad)
Mixed U7s: 5 a side(9 in a squad)
Mixed U8s: 5 a side(9 in a squad)
P.M. SATURDAY 4 JULY 2020Registration @ 1.30 p.m., games commence @ 2.00 p.m.
Mixed U9s: 6 a side(9 in a squad)
Mixed U10s: 6 a side(9 in a squad)
A.M. SUNDAY 5 JULY 2020Registration @ 8.30 a.m., games commence @ 9.00 a.m.
Mixed U11s: 6 a side(9 in a squad)
Mixed U12s: 6 a side(8 in a squad)
Mixed U13s: 6 a side(8 in a squad)
P.M. SUNDAY 5 JULY 2020Registration @ 1.30 p.m., games commence @ 2.00 p.m.
Mixed U14s: 6 a side(8 in a squad)
Womens: 5 a side(7 in a squad)

Entry is £30 per team apart from the Womens teams where the entry is £40.00

Please note that entry fees are non-returnable in the event of the Tournament having to be cancelled due to the weather or circumstances outside of the Club’s control

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) STATEMENT

In view of Coronavirus and its exceptional circumstances, should the relevant authorities impose strict measures regarding outdoor events to combat the virus prior to the 5 June 2020 any entry fees paid will be refunded less any administration fees charged to the Tournament for the transactions.

After the 5 June 2020 no refunds will be provided.

Our tournament is sanctioned by the Berks & Bucks F.A.

Entry is limited to Clubs/Teams which are affiliated to their local County F.A. Contracted Academy players are not permitted to play at the tournament and any found to be will be reported to their contracted Club.

As always entry will be on a first come first served basis. To avoid any disappointment please complete your entry as soon as possible, confirmation of your acceptance will be sent by Email.
