Managers and Team Officials are an integral
part in promoting the Club's aims and reputation. Within this they
need to lead and advance all positive aspects of behaviour and
sportsmanship by:
- setting an example to players and supporters.
- developing their
team rather than their own personal interests bearing in mind
the reputation of the National Game and individuals interests.
- not using or accepting inappropriate language
and avoiding gamesmanship at all times.
- showing respect to match officials,
players and spectators, including the opposition
- avoiding
making comments that are not in the best interests of the football
- influencing sporting, technical and tactical
improvement for the benefit of the team by utilising any permitted
means and resisting any illegal or unsporting principles
- promoting the
Club's values.
- never misleading Referees by
word or action.
- never publicly questioning the
Referee's decisions
- promoting equality regardless
of ability, background, race or creed.
- encouraging
a sense of "belonging" and teamwork for all players and parents.
